Kristen began her career in Custom Home Building after earning her Business degree in Marketing and Communications/Advertising from Western New England University. Throughout her career, Kristen has built a comprehensive knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in home design, combined with her ability to understand, anticipate, and manage her clients’ needs, sets her apart as a trusted advisor in the custom home market.

As a Senior Construction Manager, Paul has a proven track record of delivering high-end, custom residences that combine timeless elegance with cutting-edge innovation. His comprehensive knowledge spans every aspect of construction, from initial design consultations to the final walkthrough.
Paul began his career with CJC Associates, where he developed a strong foundation in structural integrity and project management. For over 30 years, he honed his skills working with Whitman Homes specializing in custom home building. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence have earned him a reputation for exceeding client expectations, ensuring that each home is a true reflection of its owner’s vision and lifestyle.
Throughout his career, Whitman Homes has given Paul the opportunity to successfully managed a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from home renovations to clustered town home developments to custom home neighborhoods. His leadership is characterized by effective communication, rigorous quality control, and a collaborative approach that fosters strong relationships with architects, trade partners, and clients alike.

For over 30 years, the Principals of Whitman Homes located in Canton Mass., Rich Whittington, Tim Porter, and Bart O’Brien have been designing and building some 1100 homes in the greater Boston area and south shore of Massachusetts. Two of their key team members for more than 20 years, Kristen White and Paul Callanan will now provide these award-winning home-building services with their new company Whitman Signature!
